Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis
• One year of experience in a supervisory ABA role

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
