Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification as a credential.
• Bachelor's degree with coursework in applied behavior analysis and supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is accurate and timely.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
