Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a BCaBA or higher.
Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role.

Responsibilities

Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
