Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification (or higher) required.
• Bachelor's degree plus twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year in a supervisory ABA role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards with licensure and certification requirements.
