Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee client caseloads, supervise staff, and coordinate ABA interventions. The role reports to the Clinical Supervisor and involves program development, data monitoring, and collaboration to ensure high-quality services.

Hybrid work options are available; compensation includes benefits and opportunities for professional development. The position requires travel between client homes and offices, plus full-time hours in a California

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Completion of the 4 ABA postgraduate BACB courses: Ethical Conduct, Concepts/Principles, Research Methods, Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Exempt supervisor responsible for meeting billable hours per offer letter and a standard 40-hour work week under CA law.
• Willingness to travel between client homes and offices, and to travel for meetings/training.
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass FBI/ DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBAs to provide high-quality services.
• Work with children and adults on the autism spectrum, creating assessments and individualized plans.
• Conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments (VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS).
• Create individualized programming for clients.
• Supervise and train Behavior Therapists (RBT, BT, Therapists).
• Manage contract fulfillment across service codes.
• Provide progress reports and monthly updates per insurance expectations.
• Data management and client communications.
