Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee client caseloads and supervise staff under the BCBA. The role involves supervising Behavior Therapists, coordinating ABA programs, data management, and ensuring contract fulfillment across service codes.

The position offers full-time hours with flexible scheduling in a hybrid Santa Ana clinic setting. Travel to client homes and offices is required; a CA driver’s license and background clearance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Completion of the BACB 4 ABA postgraduate courses: Ethical and Professional Conduct, Concepts and Principles of Behavior Analysis, Research Methods in Behavior Analysis, and Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Exempt supervisor: meet billable hours and standard 40-hour work week per California Labor Law.
• Travel between client homes, between offices, and to meetings/trainings as required.
• Must have valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass FBI/DOJ background check.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBAs to provide high-quality services.
• Work with children and adults on the autism spectrum to assess needs and develop individualized plans.
• Conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments (VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS).
• Create individualized programming for clients.
• Supervise and train Behavior Therapists (RBT, BT, Therapists).
• Manage client contracts and ensure contract fulfillment across service codes.
• Provide progress reports and monthly updates as required by insurance.
• Handle data management and client communications.
