You will ensure continuity of care, support professional growth of teams, and uphold clinical and ethical standards in line with state licensure and BCaBA certification requirements. Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification required.
• Experience overseeing program implementation and service delivery.
• Ability to manage scheduling and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
