Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager in California to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery across client programs. The role requires active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification, with additional credentials possible by region.

You will lead clinicians, coordinate regional teams, and ensure compliance with standards. The position offers flexible scheduling, full- and part-time options, and a competitive benefits package including PTO, 401(k) match,

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements
• BCaBA or higher certification.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
