Qualifications

Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification is acceptable.

Responsibilities

Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
Ensure all documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
