Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth.

You will apply clinical judgment and leadership to uphold PBS Corp.’s standards across multiple sites. Responsibilities include coordinating regional teams, managing staffing and documentation, and mentoring supervisees while ensuring compliance with licensure and BCaBA requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification as required.
• Credentials may vary by service location per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
