Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply. This role requires active state licensure or BCaBA or higher, a Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework, and supervisory ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA (or higher) as required by state.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and one year in supervisory ABA role.
• Maintain state credentials as needed for service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E‑Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms) is accurate and timely.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards.
