Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting staff development.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on location.
• Experience overseeing programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor supervisees and monitor professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
