Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care across client programs.

You will lead teams, manage scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff development, with emphasis on clinical judgment and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• BCaBA certification or higher preferred.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms— is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
