Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery across assigned clients. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
