PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the professional growth of the teams. You will lead scheduling, mentor supervisees, and ensure documentation compliance with licensure standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification required.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be needed depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
