• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy and state regulation compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time (E Sign, post hire, compliance).
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
