PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.

Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
