PBS Corp. in California is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will coordinate with regional teams, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with licensure and company policies.

Qualified candidates hold active state licensure or BCaBA, a Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework, and at least one year supervising ABA services. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply to support diverse client needs.

• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.

Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
