Job summary

PBS Corp. in Madison, Wisconsin seeks Program Managers to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and team growth. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Required credentials include active state licensure or BCaBA or higher, a Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units, and at least one year of supervisory ABA experience. Additional state-specific credentials may be needed by location.

  • Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
  • Monitor and mentor supervisees' professional development.
  • Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure requirements.

Overview

Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply!

Required Credentials
  • Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.

Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Key Responsibilities
