Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and the professional growth of teams.

You will apply clinical judgment and strong organizational leadership to maintain PBS standards of excellence. Responsibilities include supervising program implementation, coordinating with regional teams, managing schedules, and ensuring documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in ABA and one year of supervisory ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
