Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Program Managers to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery.

You will ensure continuity of care, support professional growth, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership to uphold PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Active state licensure and BCaBA or higher certification are required, with possible state-specific credentials depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire docs, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Mentor and support professional development of supervisees.
