Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery across assigned programs in California.

You will lead teams, ensure continuity of care, and uphold PBS standards of excellence with strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership. This role offers flexible scheduling with full- and part-time options, competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, PTO, CEUs, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local requirements.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher certification.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire forms, compliance) is completed on time.
• Monitor and support supervisee professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure.
