Precision Human Resource Solutions, Inc. is seeking Paraprofessionals with ABA experience to support students with disabilities in Worcester, MA for the 2026/2027 school year, with an ASAP start.

You will work closely with classroom teachers, behavioral staff, and support professionals to implement instructional and behavioral programs tailored to each student's needs, including ASD support. Reliable transportation and commute to Webster are required.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in educational settings.
• Familiarity with data collection to track student progress.
• Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
