Job summary
CBS Therapy is seeking Paraprofessionals for school placements for the 2026-27 school year. This is a 1:1 role that requires ABA experience. Our full-time employees are eligible for fortune 500 benefits and PTO.
We greatly appreciate the individuals that we work with and like to ensure that every CBS employee feels valued and supported at all times. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one instructional reinforcement, assisting with classroom management, and supporting in computer labs,
Qualifications
- Successful candidates will have passion and enthusiasm for teaching
- Be of good character
- Have a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma
- ABA experience
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one instructional reinforcement (referred to as tutoring in Title I programs) if such is scheduled at a time when a student would not otherwise receive instruction from a teacher
- Assist with classroom management, such as by organizing instructional materials
- Provide instructional assistance in a computer laboratory
- Provide instructional support in a library or media center
- Provide instructional assistance along with acting as a translator, or
- Provide instructional support services under the direct supervision of a highly qualified teacher.
