Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 48 credits or Associate's Degree or passing ParaPro/WorkKeys.
• Experience with students with mild-mod disabilities.
• Experience with parents/guardians, admins, teachers, students.
• Able to adapt to student/parent needs.
• ABA training is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with small groups of children instructionally and support daily activities.
• Assist with toileting, lifting, transfers, and personal hygiene.
• Assist school nurse with tube feedings and other healthcare tasks.
• Collaborate with classroom teacher on lesson plans and activities.
• Communicate openly with parents and staff.
• Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor.
