The position offers competitive hourly pay between $25 and $28, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for professional growth. Candidates must have a high school diploma, and Spanish speaking is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children based on individualized treatment plans.
• Support skill development in communication, socialization, behavior regulation, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress using RethinkBH.
