Job summary

Silver Lining ABA seeks paraeducators to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis based support to students within the Least Restrictive Environment. You will implement FBA-based interventions and behavioral protocols under supervision, supporting IEP goals across classrooms and schedules.

Responsible for data collection, reinforcement procedures, and collaboration with district staff. Must have HS diploma, pass background checks, reliable transportation, and complete required Safety-Care and 40-hour

Qualifications

• Active engagement with children and adolescents (ages 2–18+).
• Ability to work with students with varying needs and behaviors.
• Willingness to receive feedback from supervisors and school teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and data-collection skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based support under BCBA supervision.
• Implement interventions and collect behavioral data per IEP/ABA plans.
• Support staff and students across classroom routines and settings.
• Participate in crisis intervention training and safety protocols as required.
