Job summary

Silver Lining ABA seeks paraeducators to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)–based support to students in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). You will implement FBA-based interventions under BCBA/MHP supervision, working one-to-one or in small groups across school settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with IEP interventions, behavioral data collection, and reinforcement procedures per ABA best practices. Training aligns with Safety-Care® protocols and district requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage with children and adolescents (ages 2–18+).
• Ability to work with students with varying levels of need, diagnoses, and behavioral challenges.
• Strong organizational, communication, and data-collection skills.
• Commitment to maintaining student safety and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based support services to students under supervision.
• Implement Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)-based interventions and behavioral protocols.
• Assist with IEP intervention implementation and data collection; support ABA programming and supervision.
