Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a paraeducator to support students with behavioral needs in Mountain View, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. The role focuses on implementing ABA strategies with students from pre-K to high school, in 1:1 or group settings.

In-person, Monday–Friday 8:00AM–3:00PM, with competitive pay and benefits. Ideal candidates have childcare or ABA experience and enjoy collaborating within a team to support student learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Passion for supporting students in learning processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral and educational support in 1:1 or classroom settings.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with children and adults.
• Assist with tasks that help students stay on task and meet behavioral goals.
• Support varied classroom activities as assigned by teachers.
