Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. The role offers part-time hours with after-school and weekend slots, and paid training for those new to the field.

No prior experience is required; training is provided to help you start a meaningful career in ABA therapy and support children and families in the community.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Location: Winchester

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 3:30pm-5:30pm, Saturday-8:00am-12:00pm, Sunday-8:00am-1:00pm

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
