Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in the United States is seeking motivated individuals for part-time, entry-level ABA roles delivering one-on-one therapy in clients' homes or community settings. Full training is provided, and the 40-hour RBT course is required before starting.

Compensation ranges from $17 to $25 per hour based on experience, with flexible afternoon/evening hours. These positions offer valuable hands-on experience in ABA, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
