Job summary

Triangle ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-clinic ABA therapy. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and ensure high fidelity of programming while working hands-on with clients and families.

The role requires a Master’s degree, active BCBA certification, and NC licensure with a minimum of 2 years of ABA experience. Exempt, full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and in-clinic work environment.

What You'll Do

• Clinical Service Delivery & Supervision – Conduct assessments (VB‑MAPP, Vineland), develop and oversee treatment plans, and supervise RBTs, students, and assistants to ensure BACB- and Triangle ABA‑compliant, high‑fidelity ABA programming.
• Family Engagement – Deliver in‑person caregiver coaching that builds treatment buy‑in and supports generalization of skills across home and community settings.
• Documentation & Compliance – Manage Plans of Care and treatment updates, submitting all documentation at least 14 days before renewal deadlines and ensuring accuracy per funder requirements.
• Outcomes & Innovation – Review client data and progress regularly, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with the Clinical Development team to improve service models and workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB)
• Licensure to practice ABA in North Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy
• Strong understanding of payer requirements, authorizations, and compliance timelines
• Proficient in EMR platforms like CentralReach or similar
