Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Midlevel II Supervisor to provide clinical support and case management under a BCBA supervision. You will oversee Behavior Technicians, develop goals and behavior plans, and coach families and school staff in skill acquisition strategies.

Requirements include a master's degree in a related field, BACB coursework in progress, and at least one year of behavioral services experience with children.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, human services, education, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Enrolled in approved BACB courses and preparing for BCBA exam.
• At least one year of experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or related disorders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, clients.

Responsibilities

• Develops goals, programs, and behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Oversees Behavior Technicians and supervises caseloads.
• Conducts face-to-face supervision and progress monitoring of behavioral programs.
• Trains families and school staff in behavior plans and skill acquisition goals.
• Provides behavioral services to children with autism as outlined in the plan.
