Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Chicago seeks an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to provide center-based early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.

This Rising Stars program offers supervision hours, a clear path toward BCBA certification, and robust support including CEU access, tuition discounts, and study groups to help with exam readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited Master’s program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000).
• All restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kids aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Developing clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborating with BCBA and team to uphold ABC values.
• Allocating 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
