Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking a Master’s Level ABA Student Analyst to support early intervention in a center-based setting. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision while collaborating with a team dedicated to ABC’s values.

The role includes 8 hours weekly for BDS modules, a clear path toward BCBA certification, and structured study groups.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited masters program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000)
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping development of children aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Developing clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborating with BCBA and team around ABC's values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week for BDS modules outside direct care.
