Damar Services, Inc. is seeking an ABA-focused Learning and Development Specialist to train and develop staff across the organization's ABA programs.

The role includes coordinating new hire orientation, ongoing training, and competency assessments, ensuring adherence to clinical and administrative standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, plus LMS experience and relevant certifications (CMT, RBT).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in listed fields.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in education or mentoring.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS) preferred.
• Must have or obtain CMT Trainer Certification within 6 months; RBT Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning sessions, schedules, and tracking systems for ABA employees including new hire orientation, First Aid/CPR, CMT, RBT certifications.
• Deliver training to internal stakeholders, such as New Hire Orientation, CMT, certifications.
• Design, plan, and implement learning and development programs to drive organization improvement.
• Develop teaching outlines and instructional methods for individual and group learning opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with program management teams to serve as a business partner and address learning needs.
• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning events using varied media in virtual and local environments.
