Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education preferred.
• ABA experience required.
• 3+ years of teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum aligned with state frameworks.
• Maintain individual student program books and progress docs.
• Coordinate with BCBA and Evaluation Team Leader on student needs.
• Supervise paraprofessional staff and allocate classroom duties.
• Complete educational assessments and portfolio documentation.
• Develop IEPs, progress reports, and related formal documents.
• Create a structured classroom environment with positive behavior supports.
• Be available to students and families outside instructional hours if needed.
• Monitor student progress and alert appropriate teams when meetings are needed.
