Qualifications

• Must hold ESE licensure for Special Education.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct service to students with disabilities, including inclusion and resource classrooms.
• Implement accommodations and modifications as required for IEP goals.
• Attend IEP meetings and prepare required paperwork; progress reports.
• Develop individualized lesson plans aligned with specially designed instruction.
• Plan, implement and adapt instructional activities to meet goals.
• Administer educational assessments to inform eligibility and progress.
• Maintain safe learning environment with appropriate behavior management.
• Collaborate with Related Service professionals and communicate with families.
