Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an ABA Clinical Trainee to join our Rhode Island team. This entry‑level role is ideal for recent grads with experience with children, adolescents, and families, pursuing a BCBA credential, and looking to turn internship hours into a full‑time career.

You will gain valuable clinical experience, with supervision from a BCBA, while contributing to treatment services and fieldwork hours toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s program pursuing BCBA credential.
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families.
• Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and RI travel willingness.
• Preferred: supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality behavioral health services by liaising between clients and service providers.
• Supervise, train, and manage direct service staff and maintain program documentation.
• Pursue internship hours toward licensure and BCBA credential.
• Contribute toward the supervised fieldwork hours required for licensure.
