Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an ABA Clinical Trainee to join our Rhode Island team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with ABA experience and a path toward BCBA licensure.

The trainee will gain hands-on supervision, develop fieldwork hours, and contribute to high-quality behavioral health services while supporting families and youth. A full-time schedule includes a retention bonus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s program pursuing BCBA credential.
• Accruing fieldwork hours toward BCBA credential.
• ABA experience.
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate behavioral health services by liaising between clients and providers.
• Supervise, train, and manage direct service staff; maintain documentation.
• Support internship-to-career pathway toward BCBA credential.
• Provide supervision hours toward licensure requirements.
