Qualifications

• Master’s in Psychology, ABA, or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes using clinical judgment for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly adherence targets.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to determine function.
• Develop and implement functionally relevant treatment plans.
• Observe treatment implementation and revise as needed.
• Provide coaching and training to behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers and coordinate with payers.
