Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment plans across center, home, school, and telehealth settings. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position reporting to the Group Clinical Manager.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, ensuring 100% adherence, communicating with caregivers and payers, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BACB) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain patient treatment plans.
• Ensure 100% adherence to supervision hours monthly.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals.
• Coordinate care across center, home, school, and telehealth settings.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data tracking.
