Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead ABA programs, mentor BCBA teams, and drive clinical excellence across the region. This leadership role combines hands-on supervision with strategic oversight to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care for children with autism.

You will coach Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians, shape treatment fidelity, and collaborate with area directors to align staffing, caseloads, and program quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, or strong track record mentoring Behavior Technicians.
• Mentoring practicum students preferred.
• Crisis management skills: experience navigating high-stress clinical moments.

Responsibilities

• Review treatment plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure individualized, evidence-based care.
• Lead and coach Supervising Clinicians with case reviews and feedback.
• Evaluate fidelity and supervision using internal Centria tools.
• Facilitate workshops and trainings for clinicians and technicians.
• Collaborate with directors to align staffing and service quality.
• Support Elevate practicum supervision and mentorship.
• Conduct caregiver check-ins and ensure families feel supported.
