Job summary

Centria Autism seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead ABA programs in a mission-driven environment in Georgia. You will mentor Supervising Clinicians and BCBAs, drive clinical excellence, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for children with autism.

You will oversee treatment fidelity, provide targeted training, and collaborate with regional leaders to align staffing and service quality while promoting caregiver engagement and the Centria experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical autism setting.
• BCBA certification or eligibility is required.
• Experience guiding teams of clinicians and technicians to high-quality ABA care.
• Familiarity with assent-based ABA, PFA and SBT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client progress through data-driven treatment plan reviews.
• Mentor Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians with regular feedback.
• Lead clinical excellence and fidelity across the team.
• Deliver targeted training to improve clinical performance.
• Collaborate with Area Directors and Operations Leaders on staffing and service quality.
• Support practicum supervision and mentorship programs.
• Champion the Centria experience and caregiver engagement.
