Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services in the Tucson area. This role leads ABA services, mentors BCBA teams, ensures clinical excellence, and drives high-quality care for children with autism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with children with autism in a clinical setting.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience or strong track record mentoring staff at Centria (preferred).
• Familiarity with PFA, SBT, and assent-based ABA practices preferred.
• Crisis management experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive client progress by guiding teams to review treatment plans and monitor outcomes.
• Mentor Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians with regular case reviews and feedback.
• Lead clinical excellence by evaluating treatment fidelity and supervision practices.
• Deliver targeted training through workshops and group sessions to enhance clinical performance.
• Collaborate with Area Directors and Operations Leaders to align staffing and service quality.
• Support Elevate practicum supervision and mentorship programs for future clinicians.
• Champion the Centria experience by conducting caregiver check-ins and ensuring families feel supported.
