Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, lead in-field coaching, and ensure fidelity of ABA programming across home and community visits.

You will support families, monitor documentation and treatment plans, and collaborate with Training and Operations teams to advance clinical quality while pursuing BCBA certification. The role offers tuition support, mileage reimbursement, and a clear growth path within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years ABA experience or 1 year with 12 semester units in ABA or you are pursuing BCBA.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to home/community sites.
• Active pursuit or preparation for BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
