Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader to coach Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation, and to provide home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.

You will support families with parent education aligned with treatment goals, monitor documentation, and collaborate with Training and Operations teams while pursuing BCBA certification with tuition assistance and a clear advancement pathway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services OR 1 year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis.
• Board-Certified Associate Behavior Analyst eligible or pursuing BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
