Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, lead in-field coaching, and elevate clinical quality toward BCBA certification.

You will conduct home and community visits to ensure fidelity, provide parent education, monitor documentation, and collaborate with Training and Operations teams. Starting pay $31–$38 per hour, onsite, with tuition reimbursement and strong career pathways.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or related field.
• 2 years ABA experience implementing behavior modification interventions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel for home visits.
• Active pursuit of BCBA certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
