Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, lead in-field coaching, and ensure fidelity of ABA programming across home and community visits. This role supports BCBA progression and professional growth within a collaborative, values-driven culture.

You will provide parent education aligned with treatment goals, oversee documentation quality, and partner with Training and Operations to elevate clinical outcomes and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of ABA experience or 1 year with 12 ABA units along with demonstrated implementation of behavior modification interventions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
