Job summary

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania to provide clinical oversight,Assessment, and supervision for ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. The LBS reports to the Clinical Director of ABA Services and leads case-level programming with BHTs and RBTs.

The role emphasizes conducting FBAs, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and coordinating with families, schools, and care

Qualifications

• PA LBS licensure (in good standing)
• Master’s degree or higher in psychology or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Experience using standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to families and professionals

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and functional analyses to identify target behaviors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide supervision to BHTs and RBTs under BCBA oversight.
• Train families and caregivers on treatment goals and data collection.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with school personnel and other professionals as needed.
